Shipping policy

Order Processing
We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Please allow [1–3] business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email (if an email address has been provided) with tracking information once your package is on its way.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship via [USPS/UPS/FedEx]. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Local Pickup & Events If you are local or attending an upcoming event (like a fiber festival or pop-up shop), please send an email indicating you'd like a manual order for local pick up.

Lost or Damaged Packages Wooly Wardrobe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@woolywardrobe.com within 48 hours so we can assist you.
